Shipping and delivery

Orders placed through the buy buttons here are fulfilled and shipped by our retail partner. Standard delivery inside the contiguous United States usually arrives in two to five business days.

Cookware sets are heavy and ship in a single large carton. Dinnerware travels in moulded inserts because ceramics do not forgive a dropped box. If a carton arrives visibly crushed, photograph it before opening it: that makes a claim straightforward.

Bundles that combine cookware with dinnerware occasionally ship in two parcels arriving on different days. That is a carrier decision rather than a missing item.

Tracking is issued by the partner at dispatch and appears on your order page. We have no separate tracking beyond what shows there.
